Joshua Tree National Park is a protected area in southern part of California just about three hours drive from the city of San Diego. It is known for its rugged rock formations and stark desert landscapes. Named for the region’s twisted, bristled Joshua trees, the park sits within the cactus-dotted Colorado Desert and the Mojave Desert, which is higher and cooler. We had the chance to see and explore the beautiful landscapes and different vegetation in the park. Pictures were taken using the Apple iPhone and edited using Adobe Photoshop Express application. Below are the pictures of the spots we had explored and some desert vegetation that seems interesting to me.
